Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless an item is unavailable or the order is confirmed lost in transit. Contact us with your order number if either situation applies.
Shipping
- Local orders are processed and delivered within a maximum of three days.
- International orders are processed within two business days before dispatch.
- International delivery typically takes up to five working days after dispatch.
- Delivery estimates may change because of customs or carrier delays outside our control.
